Parish Office - Clergy Hour - Weddings, Baptisms and Banns
If you would like to book a Baptism or a Wedding, arrange Banns of Marriage or talk to a member of the clergy on a routine matter such as a school reference or passport application, please come to Clergy Hour in the Parish Office from 10.30 to 11.30 am on a Saturday, where a member of the Clergy will be able to help you.
The Parish Office is in the church; enter by the west door, go through into the nave, walk towards the altar and through the door on the right.

Parochial Church Council
The PCC is comprised of the Rector, assistant clergy and churchwardens (ex-officio) plus up to 15 elected members (who normally serve for three years with a third being elected each year) and 5 Deanery Synod representatives.

Church Activities
Here is a list of the main activities and groups at our Church. If you would like to get involved or find out more, please contact the person whose name is given below.
| Bellringers | The bells are rung for the Sunday morning service and the ringers practise on Tuesday from 8.00 to 9.30 pm. We are always pleased to welcome new recruits: experienced ringers, lapsed ringers or absolute beginners. | ||

| Choir | The Church Choir sings at the 10.00 am and 6.30 pm services on Sundays, and rehearses on Wednesday evenings between 8.00 and 9.30 p.m. The music covers a wide range from mediaeval to modern, both a capella and accompanied. | ||

| Confirmation Classes | These are held periodically to help people learn about the Christian faith and become full members of the church. Please speak to any of the clergy if you are interested in being confirmed. There will be a course in the Autumn of 2012. Please see the News page for details. | ||

| Flowers | The Flower Arrangers meet on Saturday mornings to create the wonderful flower arrangements for all church services. New members welcome. If you would like to sponsor a flower arrangement in church for an anniversary, birthday or any special occasion, please contact Mary. | ||

| Freedom Group | A group for those who have acquired their Freedom Pass, which meets for worship and fellowship every two months from 12.30 to 3 pm. There is always a Communion service (said) followed by a light lunch and either a talk or discussion activity. The group has an annual outing in the summer. New members are always welcome. | ||

| Prayer Group | The Prayer Group was formed in 2011 principally to pray for our church and for the local community. Meetings take place fortnightly, normally at 53 Ellora Road, and consist of about an hour of meditation, contemplation and intercessions. | ||

| Servers | The Servers assist at the Altar at the 10.00 am and the 6.30 pm services. They can be (almost) any age and will serve on a rota basis. | ||
